Program description
Still Away Golf Co LLC operates a recurring marketing text-message program that sends launch news, product updates, and promotional offers to subscribers who opt in. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your state) and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on stillawaygolfco.com and checking the SMS consent box. This checkbox is unchecked by default and is a separate action from signing up for email updates. By checking it, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Still Away Golf Co at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
You can expect approximately 1-2 messages per month. We send marketing texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consult your carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Still Away Golf Co does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you unless you opt in again.
